Rental Terms

Campervans are available for collection and return on any day of the week preferably between the hours of 10am to 6pm, subject to availability due to other bookings. Daily rates apply to each 24hr period or part there of. (Note: The campervan must be returned at the pre-booked time even if it is collected late).

Driver insurance is included for one driver only. Standard insurance is provided for drivers between the ages of 25 and 70 holding a current EU driving license for 2 years with a clean driving history. Drivers aged 21-24 and 71-74  or with driving endorsements can sometimes be insured for an extra premium.

When booking a campervan, it is extremely important that you provide accurate driver details and you must keep us informed and updated of any changes to driver details/circumstances. Our insurance company  will use the information provided to assess the risk against each driver.

Comfy Campervans will endeavour to inform you of any additional premiums levied by our insurers as soon as possible; however we reserve the right to pass on premiums quoted by our insurers until the point of hire.

Comfy Campervans reserve the right to refuse rental if the insurance risk is deemed to be too high.

Rental Agreement

A non refundable payment of £125 for each weeks booking(or part week) to confirm your booking. Payment in full is required four weeks before the commencement of the hire.

A refundable cash deposit of £500 is required for the period of the hire. This will be returned when the campervan is returned subject to deductions for any damage/loss.

Breakdown cover is included for UK only.

All hires are subject to acceptance and signing of our standard rental agreement.

We strongly advise you to take out you own holiday/ travel insurance cover.
